Meagan understands that no two cases are alike. She approaches her family law practice with versatility, adapting to each individual client’s needs. In addition to Collaborative divorce, her practice also includes preparation of prenuptial agreements, mediation, and other family law matters. She regularly handles cases involving the valuation and division of business interests and real estate, along with other unique assets, in addition to more traditional family wealth.

After receiving her B.S. from Portland State University, Meagan went on to earn her J.D. from Lewis & Clerk. While attending law school, Meagan completed an externship at St. Andrew Legal Clinic, where she witnessed firsthand the important role that legal counsel plays. As a partner at Wyse Kadish LLP, her objective is to provide the highest level of service and guidance, while preserving assets and minimizing unnecessary conflict. She is uniquely situated as a counselor to guide her clients in making decisions that have long-term impacts on them and their children, and she takes that privilege very seriously.

Meagan is the President of the Oregon Mediation Association. As a founding member of Clear Transitions PDX, Meagan regularly contributes and helps to host informational workshops for women going through divorce. She is committed to helping clients and others navigate the divorce process and move forward with their lives.
